Baby wraps
For the first months, nothing will ever equal the baby wrap and the skin to skin it allows. This promotes heat regulation, lactation, oxytocin ... You will have your hands free! For babies, the wrap allows you to make a transition with the mother's womb by prolonging the feeling of security. The physiological position leads to better digestion and therefore less reflux, colic.

Tahitian dance instructor

In life

Haute-Savoie (74) 1 child

I am passionate about Tahitian dance and Crossfit (at home), besides my father who also practices babywearing is a musician percussionist in a harmonic orchestra.

I have been dancing since I was 3 years old, I was born and lived in French Polynesia until I was 18, since then I live in France between Annecy and Geneva.

I have been teaching Tahitian dance and the ho'oponopono philosophy of life to adults and children since 2019.

Children being an integral part of the daily life of adults in FP, I regularly take my daughter to her daddy's concerts/rehearsals and to my classes since she was born, I teach and dance with her in a sling (and equipped with noise-cancelling headphones as well).

As soon as she is in a sling during my classes, she sleeps through the whole thing, the movements in the sling and the music filtered by the headphones must certainly remind her of her life inside my belly during pregnancy (I danced and taught dance until 2 weeks before my daughter was born).
