1 - The Little Wrap Without A Knot is guaranteed, you do not have to worry about anything in the event of default, we will take care of it. It is unfortunately almost impossible to avoid this that we are beginning production, this will quickly pass. 2 - If you hear yarns into the hems / edges that make "crack", it does nevertheless not jeopardize the security of the wrap. (It's just hems finition).
3 - In general, as the fabric is slightly elastic, you must lift the weight of the baby when you make your adjustment, rather than pull the side to raise the baby (see p7, point 6 of the manu). You "neutralize" the weight of your baby to easily make the adjustment. Also, when you make your adjustment, put your hand NEAR THE RINGS to adjust. (As eg p6 point 8 of the manual).
