When Baby is in breastfeeding position in the sling (upper strap) with the head covered, they may be bothered by the wrapping sensation provided by the strap holding their head.
You should:
- free their head from the strap and support it with your forearm.
- loosen the strap supporting their head by pulling it from back to front
- put more fabric under Baby's neck to open the strap a bit more on the carrier's shoulder.

As with arm breastfeeding, the Baby's mouth should be positioned facing the breast.
Don't hesitate to move them more towards the center of your body if they are positioned in the upper strap to clear their nostrils.
To do this, lower the third layer and put both hands inside the sling.
