The temperature will be regulated according to your body, which is why it is important not to over-dress the child by default.
In case of intense heat, both of you should wear thin cotton and let the baby's limbs stick out. Protect their extremities from the sun (booties, hat, sun protection). Hydrate as much as needed (bottle, breastfeeding). Whether on your back or front, you will feel a little warm in the areas in contact — this is normal, it is the contact with the baby's body that creates the heat, more than the wraps. It is a pleasant sensation of warmth because it comes from contact with the baby, and suddenly it feels less uncomfortable than if it were a backpack.
