The Poetica collection includes a new booster seat for an even more physiological position, from birth:

  • narrower: fits in the pelvis of smaller babies
  • adapts to the distance of the pelvis of the smallest babies
  • cylindrical: allows the baby to be well wedged in the seat and to have its knees raised higher than its buttocks and the lower back slightly rounded, to respect its natural physiological position

The booster seat raises the baby 10 cm and therefore the straps are under his buttocks and not in his back. This supports the roundness of the back and avoids the effect of being pressed against the carrier.

The pocket on baby's back allows you to check the position at any time.

  • What changes with the Poetica collection?

    The fabric is softer and fluffier than the PhysioCarrier because it is knitted in a 3D jacquard fleece. It is similar to the HoodieCarrier. The Poetica collection embeds a booster seat that adapts to the pelvis of the smallest babies and cylindrical shape: baby is well wedged in the seat with knees higher than the buttocks and rounded lower back.

  • How to wash the Jacquard fabric of the Poetica?

    To care for your PhysioCarrier Poetica, it's identical to our other baby carriers and slings. Machine washable at 30°C, no tumble dryer!

  • Does the PhysioCarrier Poetica keep warmer?

    Its fleecy look may give the impression, but the fabric is as much or more breathable than the PhysioCarrier.

  • Jacquard knitting, a "living" fabric?

    The fabric is a jacquard knit. The pattern is obtained by the skilful knitting of threads of different colors.

    Like lace, some loose threads are not a defect but are the very nature of this very particular, delicate and "living" textile know-how that is the knitted jaquard.
