Hello, I ordered this baby carrier scarf for someone close. They can't use it and I have contacted you several times to arrange an exchange/refund but you have never replied to me. This is not correct.. the baby carrier scarf is therefore useless to anyone and I can't do anything with it.

For my 1st baby I had a wrap. I lent it to a friend who lost it. I had my 2nd baby, I bought a carrier to see the difference and it was striking. It really has nothing to do with the wrap. I am a fan of this wrap. It is easy to wear. A comfort for the back too! I recommend it 200%. Really!

Could you give us advice, explanatory sheets for the carrying scarf, provide us with a scarf as a model. Depending on the success, possibly offer parents to order it from you.
