Baby wraps
For the first months, nothing will ever equal the baby wrap and the skin to skin it allows. This promotes heat regulation, lactation, oxytocin ... You will have your hands free! For babies, the wrap allows you to make a transition with the mother's womb by prolonging the feeling of security. The physiological position leads to better digestion and therefore less reflux, colic.

“The creation of Love Radius was not premeditated ” Olivier Sâles, co-founder.

Above all, Love Radius has been a family affair for over 15 years now. We discovered babywearing during the birth of our first child thanks to a gift. In fact, this is what babywearing represents for us today: a gift for adults and children.

Why do we get up every morning?

- To explain what physiological babywearing is: its practicality (free hands) and its advantages (such as fixing the foundations of future communication between adult / child).

- To advise you on a daily basis whether you are a beginner or a professional and to offer responsible sales: guides, expert's cornerYoutube channel, social networks.

- To help parents listen to the child, listen to themselves, trust the child and oneself but also to re-appropriate their free will, which is often compromised during pregnancy.

It is also…

Research and questioning. This is why Love Radius baby carriers and slings are different from others, why we do babywearing training, but also why we take a longer or shorter time to make new products.

14 employees and fifteen babies!

At Love Radius, the employee is also a customer. He spends his daily life on site and beyond the salary, the structuring of this company must try to offer its workers the same type of experience as what is given to young parents who use our baby carriers: more freedom, more confidence, autonomy, more listening.

We therefore set up from May to August, a working time of 4 days from Monday to Thursday, without working overtime, with equal pay. People then recover life time!

Our story

At Love Radius, we have been supporting babywearing since 2007 so that you can carry what matters, your instinct, and the freedom to be yourself.

Every day (or almost), we get up to explain physiological carrying, support parents, and above all remind one essential thing: listen to your child, listen to yourself, and regain confidence in your free will — often quite shaken during pregnancy.
But let's go back a bit...

2005.

At the birth of our first child, we received a baby carrier wrap. A lovely gesture... but not really made for us. Too complicated, too codified, not intuitive enough.
So an idea took root: what if we created our own?
And it all started in our 9m2 bedroom.

2007. The birth of a reference.

After two years of prototypes tested and retested with our baby, and then those of our loved ones, the Original JPMBB is born, featuring a small revolution: the base knot. A knot designed to be tied before installing the baby, allowing it to be removed and put back on without starting over. This marks the beginning of Je Porte Mon Bébé: the start of thousands of babies being carried, and parents regaining their freedom.

2008. Former to better support.

Babywearing is still not very widespread, and the basic knot even less so. So we do what seems obvious to us: we pass it on.
Training parents and healthcare professionals to better support families.
This is how our babywearing school, L’École À Porter, was born.

2009. See bigger.

From the bedroom to the living room (13 m²!), then an obvious realization: to continue growing, one must surround oneself with the right people. We are hiring, structuring, and settling in Paris 19, in real offices, to spread the word about physiological carrying even further.

2013. The Little Scarf Without a Knot.

3 years of development and collaboration with neonatal services have given birth to the Little No-Knot Sling. Bicolor, with its rings, it simplifies carrying without taking away from the essentials. The cream of carrying, in an even simpler version.

2014. The carrying for even more people.

The BASIC joins the range to make portability even more accessible. Because everyone should be able to experience this.

2015. The first baby carrier, a step ahead.

At the time, we broke the codes: integrated ventilation, bilateral strap adjustments, unprecedented comfort. Four years of development to create a truly innovative ergonomic baby carrier, designed for all seasons and the real life of parents. The PhysioCarrier 1.

2016. A little more sun.

Desire for a change of scenery. We invite the team to join us in the South, heading to Toulon. Some stay in Paris, while others embark. Love Radius is now written between two cities.

2017. Free time matters too.

A few bridges in May, a finding: it works.
The team concentrates five days of work into four.
So we’re diving in: four days a week, four months a year.
More free time, same energy.

2018. The release of an icon.

The robustness of a baby carrier, the comfort of a sweatshirt, the flexibility of a wrap. Everything was there. The HoodieCarrier 1 arrives, with a sleek design, far from the codes of childcare, to encourage even more parents to carry. And the mission is accomplished.

2019. Je Porte Mon Bébé becomes Love Radius.

A name change, no mission.
JPMBB is a phrase, a story, many memories.
But internationally, it’s mostly unpronounceable… and meaningless.
So we become Love Radius:
love at the center, the baby close to you, and that unique bond that radiates.

2020. The Parent's Sweatshirt.

Because life doesn't stop at birth.

Neither pregnancy, nor carrying, nor the belly of New Year's Eve.
We create the Parent Sweat: a sweatshirt that grows with you, adapts to your round belly, to your baby against you, and to your somewhat chaotic days. Comfortable, flexible, practical... and always ready to accompany you in all your personal or parenting adventures.

2022. Diaper bag or baby carrier?

The CaravanBAG is here. A diaper bag that also serves as a baby carrier.
Pockets for baby, pockets for parents, an integrated changing mat… and an additional hip carry.
Who can say better?

2023 – 2025. Our baby carriers are transitioning to version 2.

We're revisiting our classics and making them even better. HoodieCarrier 2 (September 2023) & PhysioCarrier 2 (January 2025): more comfortable, more stylish, with 3D Fit technology that adapts to your baby's growth. Physiology first, for carrying even better and safely.

Before, during, and after 2026. The Love Radius vision.

Make physiological carrying shine, stay free and stay French. A small team, well-rooted ideas, and products designed here, in our offices in Toulon.

Products that last.

When possible, we create beautiful, useful products for carrying... and long after the baby. Because the best sustainable product is the one we keep.

Less waste, more common sense.

Refurbished products, never worn but opened, to give them a second life.
Packaging reduced to the strict minimum, made from recycled plastic, lighter and less bulky.
