Baby wraps
For the first months, nothing will ever equal the baby wrap and the skin to skin it allows. This promotes heat regulation, lactation, oxytocin ... You will have your hands free! For babies, the wrap allows you to make a transition with the mother's womb by prolonging the feeling of security. The physiological position leads to better digestion and therefore less reflux, colic.

Before Purchase

Order validation

Unfortunately, we cannot take orders by phone. For any purchase, you must log in to your customer account on our website, and/or create one if needed.

Accepted payment methods

When validating your order, you have the choice between the following payment methods:
  • Paypal = may require validation time
  • Apple Pay, Google Pay
  • Credit card (CB, Visa, MasterCard) = immediate payment validation
  • Other payment cards = Cofinoga, Carte Aurore, Carte 4 étoiles
  • Payment in 3 and 4 installments with fees is offered with Oney for purchases over 100 euros.

Order modification

Once your order is validated, it is in principle not possible to modify its content (ordered item, quantity, etc.).
The billing address can however be modified at any time from your customer account. The delivery address can only be modified if the order has not yet been shipped. In this case, we invite you to contact us as soon as possible so that we can verify if the modification is still possible.
If the order has already been shipped or if the modification is no longer possible, we will proceed with the cancellation of the order upon receipt of your request, and you will simply need to validate a new one with the correct information.

Delivery times

The delivery time depends on the chosen carrier (Metropolitan France):
  • UPS - home delivery: 24 to 48 business hours
  • GLS - delivery to mailbox or relay point: within 2 to 5 business days
  • Colissimo - signature required: within 2 to 3 business days

Shipping costs

The shipping cost varies according to:
  • the chosen item (and particularly its weight)
  • the delivery method
  • the destination country

The shipping cost is always announced to you when choosing the carrier. Delivery is free for orders over 40 euros, for delivery to Metropolitan France only.

Product packaging

We process orders with the aim of minimizing over-packaging. Thus, our products are packaged in airtight plastic blisters. This allows us to guarantee storage and reception at your home of an unsoiled item. Similarly, we do not ship the corresponding boxes because they do not guarantee airtightness throughout the parcel's journey, and are both bulkier and therefore more expensive during transport.

During Purchase/ Order Tracking

Where is my package

When your order was shipped, an email was sent to you, containing the link allowing you to track your package. If you have not received it, it may have ended up in your SPAM folder. Otherwise, we invite you to send an email to our customer service, mentioning your order number in the subject line: sav@love-radius.com

Return for refund or exchange

You have 30 days from receipt of your parcel to make a return request. This request must be made through our new platform https://track.love-radius.com/

Return conditions for exchange or refund

A return request for exchange or refund must be made within 30 days from receipt of your package.

Return conditions for exchange or refund in Metropolitan France

The return, for exchange or refund, is handled by our services for a return from Metropolitan France. Upon receipt of your request to our customer service (sav@love-radius.com), they will send you a prepaid return label. 
Only one prepaid return label is covered per order (in Metropolitan France). In case of exchange followed by a refund, only the first return is covered. The costs of a possible second return remain your responsibility.
When returning for exchange or refund, the baby carrier, baby wrap, or sling must be:
  • Properly folded, as originally (for the wrap, the edges must not be rolled)
  • Unwashed
  • Unworn
  • With the complete original packaging
  • with the product tag uncut

Return conditions for exchange or refund outside Metropolitan France - EU and rest of the world

For a return following a delivery outside Metropolitan France (in EU or rest of the world), the return is at your expense, please return your product at your expense to the following address : Love radius - 366 Avenue Joseph Louis Lambot 83130 La Garde.
When returning for exchange or refund, the baby carrier, baby wrap, or sling must be:
  • Properly folded, as originally (for the wrap, the edges must not be rolled)
  • Unwashed
  • Unworn
  • With the complete original packaging
  • with the product tag uncut

Later, Customer Service

Product warranty

All our products have a 2-year warranty from their date of purchase.
However, the warranty is not transferable: in case of defect, the replacement request must be made by the person who purchased the original new product.

Coverage request

If you notice a defect on your baby carrier, we invite you to contact our customer service department at the following email address: sav@love-radius.com We thank you for including in your email:
  • Photos of the observed defect
  • Your order number if the purchase was made on our website, or a copy of your purchase invoice
  • A photo of the serial number of your baby carrier:
    • For the PhysioCarrier and the HoodieCarrier, the serial number is located in the tunnel, where you can insert the booster.
    • For the HoodieCarrier 2, the serial number is located inside the left clip, situated on the panel.
    • For the JPMBB Original wrap, the serial number is located in the wrap's pocket
    • For the PESN, the serial number is located in the wrap's tunnel, near the rings
    • For the BASIC wrap, the serial number is located below the label containing the washing instructions, inside the wrap.

Product repairs

We do not have a repair service. We review requests on a case-by-case basis. If a defect is found on your baby carrier, we will directly proceed with an exchange for a new product.

Miscellaneous

Loyalty program

Any purchase on our site allows you to accumulate loyalty points that you can then convert into discount vouchers. You accumulate 1 point per 20 euros of purchase. 1 point = 1 euro discount

Referral program

To obtain the benefits linked to the referral program, your sponsor must first enter your email address in their customer account. Once this step is completed, you can then create your customer account using the email address previously entered by your sponsor. This will then link your 2 customer accounts.

Maintaining your products

All our products can be machine washed (baby carriers and accessories). You just need to follow a few guidelines:
  • Wash at 30°
  • Delicate cycle, no strong spin
  • No tumble drying
  • Air drying, as flat as possible (to avoid stretching the fabric or seeing clothespin marks appear, for example)
  • No drying in the sun
  • No bleach
